BrandWallet is entirely browser-based, so you don’t need to download or install anything to get started. The guided setup process takes approximately 10 minutes from start to finish, and you can begin rewarding your customers the same day. Follow the steps below to go from zero to a live loyalty program.

Create your account

Send an email to dev@brand-wallet.com to request your free BrandWallet account. The team will provision your account and send you login credentials. No technical knowledge is required — if you can use a web browser, you can use BrandWallet.

Choose a plan

Once you’re logged in at live.brand-wallet.com, select the subscription plan that fits your business. BrandWallet offers three options:
  • Basic ($50/mo) — 1 loyalty card, ideal for businesses just getting started
  • Standard ($65/mo) — 2 loyalty cards, with access to more card types and enhanced analytics
  • Growth ($80/mo) — 5 loyalty cards, all card types, advanced analytics, and custom integrations

Design your first campaign

Open the Campaign & Pass Designer from your dashboard. Choose a campaign type that suits your business:
  • Stamp Card — reward customers after a set number of visits or purchases
  • Point Card — let customers accumulate and redeem points
  • Membership Card — offer exclusive perks to registered members
  • Discount Card — deliver percentage or fixed-value discounts
  • Double / Triple / Quadruple Stamp — run promotional periods with multiplied stamp rewards
  • Event Card — manage event-based loyalty and ticketing
Customise the colours, logo, and reward rules to match your brand, then save your design. Your progress is saved automatically at every step.

Go live

Publish your loyalty card from the dashboard. Share the card link with your customers via your website, social media, email, or in-store QR code. Customers tap the link to add the card to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet instantly — no app download required on their end. Your team can start processing stamps, points, and redemptions right away using the BrandWallet Merchant App on iOS or Android.
Your setup progress is saved automatically at every step. If you need to pause and come back later, simply log in again and continue from where you left off — nothing will be lost.
