Manage Team Access and Roles in BrandWallet Merchant App

BrandWallet supports multiple simultaneous users with role-based access control. You can invite your entire team and assign each person a role that matches their responsibilities — so everyone has exactly the access they need, and nothing more.

Available roles

Role	Access level	What they can do
Admin	Full access	Manage all features, users, billing, and campaigns
Manager	Campaign management	Manage campaigns and view analytics; no billing access
Staff	Basic transactions	Process transactions at the point of sale
Viewer	Read-only	View dashboards and reports only

Adding team members

Team members are added directly from the BrandWallet dashboard. Once you send an invitation, each member receives their own login credentials to access the account. Multiple users can be active and working in the account simultaneously without conflict, making it easy to coordinate across shifts or locations.

Assign the minimum necessary role to each team member to keep your account secure. A staff member who only needs to process transactions doesn’t require Manager or Admin access.

Role availability may depend on your subscription plan. Check your current plan to confirm which roles are supported.
